I do not like the absorption system at all, it swallows a lot of air. Also, the filter releases little black balls that you end up ingesting. Furthermore, you never get to consume the water from the bottle, as the filter does not reach the bottom. Very dissatisfied with the purchase.

Both the order and the delivery were up to standard, the jug is perfect but they should include in it the means to calibrate the quality of the filtered water and thus know when the filter no longer works, because I have no proof that what I bought is actually what they offer me.

Well, the product is very good. But the shipping is terrible. When you pay, you receive confirmation of the payment, but no estimated arrival date, no shipping reference, no transport company... nothing. Also, it takes about 10 days for a national shipment!
