I bought the shower filter and it significantly reduced the pressure, I bought the metal bottle that filters the water when drinking and it is impossible to suck, it is super hard and only air comes in. I complained but your response was that it is like that and there is no other option. I am quite dissatisfied.

I have bought a pitcher for the second time, to filter water also at my work. It filters the water quickly and I think that's good. The filters also last a long time.

The white filters I bought leave the water cloudy and in the kettle every 3 days there is a fine layer of scale. This did not happen with the first filter.

Dear Eva,
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and regret that you had an unsatisfactory experience with the white filters. It is possible that the quality of the water in your area affects the filter's performance. We suggest reviewing the usage and maintenance instructions to optimize its operation. There was a problem with the delivery and your service said that it had not been picked up and yet I had the delivery at home and had not received any notice. Days later I received it but Alkanatur did not inform me of anything. Today I put one of the filters and the water comes out cloudy after several uses, at least 6 or 7 liters.

This shower filter is WONDERFUL. I have tried many and this is the best! From the first shower, my whole family noticed the hair was soft and shiny, looking completely different. The feeling on the skin was also very good (it stopped itching) and now we are more at ease knowing that my baby will no longer bathe with bleach water (which is what tap water with chlorine is!). I DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVEN'T BOUGHT IT BEFORE! A thousand thanks!

We are very happy with the quality of the water and the pressure. It is important for us that the water (and everything) is free of chemicals (due to Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and this filter achieves that. Moreover, it is very easy to install. Without a doubt, a very good purchase.
