I love how easy it is to use and the quality of the water. The only thing I would change is the size of the pitcher, I would like it to be larger to have more filtered water at once.

Super fast shipping. I did the pH and chlorine test and there is a big difference. In my case, the shower filter was very tight due to the distance from the faucet to the wall, but in the end, I was able to install it. I think it's great that it comes with a pre-filter replacement. I am very satisfied with both the shower and the pitcher.

The plastics are very bad, the lid doesn't work well, it gets stuck and when it comes off it gets moldy and dries every day, I ordered a new one and it also gets stuck where the water comes out.

I really like the jug and its filtering system, I would like the filters to last longer. And that the prices were lower.
