I had previously bought the shower filter and used it for quite some time in my house in Madrid, but now that I have moved to Almeria, a year here and my hair was really different, I put the filter in the shower and oh my god what a change already in the first shower, incredible... thank you guys, and the delivery was super fast. 100% recommendable investment.

Dear Lola, we regret your negative review. We have seen that your order was placed on Wednesday, October 9, at 8:39 PM. Our delivery times, as indicated on our website, are between 1 and 5 business days. In the Terms of Sale, we also detail that: "Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered within a period of between 1 and 5 business days. Orders placed on business days before 3 PM will be shipped on the same day. Those placed after 3 PM will be sent the following business day." That is to say, your order was processed the next business day, Thursday the 10th, and sent for transport. The tracking was created on the same day, which you can check both in your customer profile and in the email you receive with the information. From what we can see in the update of your shipment tracking, it is out for delivery today from early morning, so it will probably arrive throughout the day. That is to say, since the order was processed, it has gone out for delivery on the third business day, meeting our delivery times.
