Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
I was a bit distrustful of the pitcher because of the taste of tap water since I've been drinking bottled water at home my whole life, and what was my surprise, that now I only like the water from the pitcher, because when I drink bottled water it tastes a lot like plastic.

The jug does not seem to have any effect. The water is cloudy after several filtrations, it does not change the taste at all, and the bottom of the jug is full of lime.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product. The jug does not remove the natural minerals from the water, being alkaline water it is therefore rich in minerals. To avoid those whitish stains it simply requires a little extra care, as indicated on page 9 of the instruction manual. In any case, we will contact you to provide a solution. Best regards.

The tap water is very good once filtered. The price of the jug is a bit high, they should offer discounts more often.

The water tastes a lot like chlorine, more than before filtering it. We use solarized water (which no longer has that taste) and it tastes bad after filtering it...
