Terrible consumer experience. I requested a quote for the filters and they contacted me to say that the local salesperson would call me. A few days later, the salesperson called me, who only asked me about the water system I was using, I told him and he dedicated himself to criticizing the competition. In the two or three minutes we talked, he finally told me he would send me the information by email. I decided not to opt for those filters due to the price and lack of clarity and bought another one that arrived with an instruction manual that has nothing to do with the filters I bought. I requested the instructions and the response was to call a plumber and that the instruction manual is that, which is a generic one (that they must have found on the internet because it has nothing to do with their filters). Regarding the quality of the water, I cannot comment since I have not tried it yet, but I am clear that there are other companies that make good products and I doubt they can do worse in customer service.

Well water filter and I am close to the beach, my jug has started to have sandy brown residues at the bottom, and they tell me they are minerals from the water, it seems like sand to me! Being a material that does not contain chemical hardeners or other types of toxins that are normally used to thicken materials, it seems less resistant because it is thinner. It is the price to pay for a completely safe material free of endocrine disruptors. About the black particles. It is normal and completely natural for the filter to release some little bits of carbon. Alkanatur filters are made solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut vegetable carbon and magnesium. We import coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken and crumbled and release more carbon bits, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it hardly releases dust and the water comes out completely transparent. The bits may seem "annoying" to the eye, but they pose no danger. Thank you for your feedback. Our product does not eliminate limescale, which is the union of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc., as we explain in detail on the website. Our filters are 100% ecological and certified. They are composed solely of coconut shell charcoal and magnesium. Our filters remove up to 99% of toxic substances from the water, but do not remove natural substances, such as minerals. Those white "residues" that you see at the bottom are mostly calcium. Conventional filters add chemical compounds inside, usually ion exchange resins, which come from petroleum (benzene and styrene) and remove these minerals, leaving the water practically dead and with a very acidic pH level. We regret that the product is not completely to your liking, but you can consume that water with total safety as the toxins have been removed.
