Well, I bought jug replacements, and when I activated it, the water came out so black that I got scared. It hadn't happened to me before.. and I tried with the second filter and the same thing. I wrote and they told me it's normal. But of course, I ruined a filter, they should put a big warning that this is normal, because I don't think I'm the only one it happens to.

They say they called the house and there was no one, this is not true, there were 3 people, it would be very strange if none of the 3 heard the doorbell. NOBODY CAME TO OUR HOUSE

The jar arrived completely cracked and I am still waiting for another one since last Thursday. The packaging should be better, as it came simply with a bit of bubble wrap.

A product that costs 155 euros and comes wrapped in bubble wrap only. That product needs to be better packaged with a box and protection inside the box.

This is the 2nd time I place an order and 2 days later you launch discounts, I feel like a fool!!!!!! it makes you lose the desire to keep buying from you.

I do not like the absorption system at all, it swallows a lot of air. Also, the filter releases little black balls that you end up ingesting. Furthermore, you never get to consume the water from the bottle, as the filter does not reach the bottom. Very dissatisfied with the purchase.

I think the delivery took too long (I placed the order online on Tuesday and it was delivered the following Monday). I would have liked to know in advance about the current offers (I feel like a fool...)

Overall good but the lime does not filter well.

Well, the product is very good. But the shipping is terrible. When you pay, you receive confirmation of the payment, but no estimated arrival date, no shipping reference, no transport company... nothing. Also, it takes about 10 days for a national shipment! I feel bad that companies like Amazon are taking market share from them, but there are reasons!

The bottle is fine, the shipment was correct. But I thought the bottle alkalized the water like the pitcher, and it simply filters it instead.

On this occasion, the taste that the filters give to the water is not pleasant. I was surprised because it didn't happen with the previous filters.

I have rated the filter very poorly because the only thing it does is reduce water pressure. They ask me to evaluate the product and I do, and the response I get is that this is not the place to say that, to talk to customer service. Okay. And if I talk to customer service, will they refund my money? Because if so, I will withdraw the criticism, while not because it is you who asked for my opinion, I did not put it for free. And by the way, they have not made it public. That says a lot. Who only publishes good reviews........

One of the cartridges I received was defective; they did not want to change it for me.

Although both pitchers came well, the leaf-shaped lid of the blue one does not close properly.

I have not received the order

I have been using the pitcher and filters from another brand (Brita) for years, since specifically 2011 when I moved from Madrid to Paris and then living in other cities like Valencia and now Barcelona and honestly I have always been satisfied with their taste, quality-price, easy purchase... A month ago we decided to change taking advantage of the fact that the pitcher was already in bad condition and try this brand that supposedly offers better filtration quality and despite its price (more than double for both the pitcher and the filters), and after just 3 weeks of use I can say that I will not buy either the pitcher or filters again. The first filter did not last even a week (with an average of 4 liters per day of use and some days less). Supposedly it should last me 3 months and it hasn't even reached 3 weeks of use of the first filter, the kettle is full of limescale and the water tastes unfiltered. The same thing happened with the previous brand but after more than 40 days of use. I do not recommend it and I am very very disappointed and angry because I was certainly happy with the previous brand. But for being Spanish and certainly more natural, after its use I do not think about it at all. A SCAM.

Despite following the filter activation protocol and after many filtrations, the water when bottled in a glass bottle changes taste within minutes and is very unpleasant. Customer service leaves much to be desired, the response to my feeling when I wrote, besides taking longer to respond than they say, was there is no solution and that's it, I would have expected something more honestly when it has been at most 2 weeks since I bought it.

The handle of the pitcher arrived broken

I use the pitcher, and I am very satisfied, not so much with their shipping method by the company GSL, with a cost of €10, (much higher than with many shipping companies), without receiving information about my shipment, having to contact the company directly twice to know about my package, which they left at a pickup point without any direct notice to me from GSL or the company I had spoken to days before stating that I had no information since my purchase. GSL is one of the worst shipping companies and the most expensive, I hope they start using another. For this, I give 3 stars, good product but the shipping issue is a hassle, high cost and poor service. This is not my first purchase with Alkanatur.

The instruction manual is not clear. When the filter has been activated, it does not explain the next steps to use it. How far should it be filled with water? And should the pitcher be filled or is it from where the filter is? Because then it filters very little water, half a liter. Not one and a half liters as published.

Terrible experience

It has been three weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. Problems with the delivery company that has not sent my order to the specified address.

Actually, I am happy with the pitcher, but I have only been using it for a month and a half and for the last two weeks the taste has changed a lot, now it is very bitter and not pleasant to drink. The filter is supposed to be changed every 3 months, but after a month it has stopped working well, it seems.

The order was quite delayed and when it arrived, all three filters were broken, just opening the package all the microbeads from the filters spilled out. When I tried to contact them, they did not answer the phone (not even during their working hours), I had to resolve it through their email. Bad experience.

Very comfortable

The intention is to promote health and the pitcher is made of plastic. Also difficult to refill and clean. It's not worth its price. The filter does indeed remove flavors from the water. That's why I rate it higher.

Hello, When opening the package, the lid that opens for the water to fall fell off and broke on one side. It has been like this from the very beginning. I can place it, but it is broken. I consider it too delicate, as it simply fell on the countertop and a small side tab broke. In summary, the product is new, but with that defect from the start.

I arrive late and they didn't even notify me to communicate it

The product has been fine so far, but when I placed the order I called immediately because I forgot the pH test strips, of course paying for them, and they told me I had to make a new order for the strips only, paying shipping costs again.

After 1 month of use, I tested with the chlorine reagent and the water still has the same amount of chlorine, which is not little. 100€ down the drain.

The filter I ordered for the shower, there is no way it can fit, neither for the faucet below nor for the fixed showerhead above... what should I do now, will they refund my money?

I like the taste of the water once it goes through the filter since in my area it is very hard water and I think that with the pitcher I have managed to improve the taste, however the pitcher seems to me to be of poor quality, the lid stays half open and does not look like it has great durability. I expected better components. I would prefer it to be made of glass or similar.

There were no changes in the chlorine testing kit

I bought the shower filter and it significantly reduced the pressure, I bought the metal bottle that filters the water when drinking and it is impossible to suck, it is super hard and only air comes in. I complained but your response was that it is like that and there is no other option. I am quite dissatisfied.

The white filters I bought leave the water cloudy and in the kettle every 3 days there is a fine layer of scale. This did not happen with the first filter.

There was a problem with the delivery and your service said that it had not been picked up and yet I had the delivery at home and had not received any notice. Days later I received it but Alkanatur did not inform me of anything. Today I put one of the filters and the water comes out cloudy after several uses, at least 6 or 7 liters.

I like the product but I had to call because it was taking a long time to arrive and from the time I placed the order until it went to the distributor 2 or 3 days passed, I understand it should have been in 24 hours. I am also not surprised that the survey is now being sent 3 or 4 months after the purchase. I believe the quality of the product deserves a faster and more careful service.

Good product, but you can improve the delivery service.
