I think that if you cannot send a product that you had advertised and did not have in stock, you should have notified about the delay and inconvenience, not wait for the customer to complain in case their order was not registered or was not delivered where it should have been... I did not like the drinking spout, it is a straw-like system and you have to suck very hard for the water to rise, which comes in small amounts. Also, you always have to drink vertically for the water to reach the straw from the bottom. I do not doubt the filtration system, but for me, the drinking system is not practical.

The Alkanatur jug does not have a drip-free system, so it drips all over the table every time I pour water into a glass. If I pour it into the glass that is on the edge of the small table in the living room, the water falls on the floor...) besides, it does not remove the limescale from the water. And it takes a very long time to filter... And the shower filter does NOT remove limescale (the expensive one). My experience has not been good, honestly.

Second experience. The first one had a broken jug. The second, twelve days with the lost package. Lack of competition and resolution both by the delivery company and by Alkanatur. I ended up contacting A Coruña so they could get in touch with the delivery company and finally after 13 calls, about 20 emails, and many WhatsApps I managed to solve the reception of the order myself. Very disappointed and disenchanted by the lack of solutions and logistics of the company.
