I would have appreciated instructions for changing the filter. I doubted whether it was defective because no air came out when submerged and the water didn't come out dark like other times...

Great reception. The taste of the water is noticeable, cleaner and richer. Just as an improvement, the way the stream comes out of the jug moves a lot.

The experience has been very good. It arrived on time and without any problems. I tried it right away and I liked it a lot, especially the taste of the water, which doesn't have a taste, it gives me the feeling of drinking very clean water. Also, it is very easy to use and clean. Accompanied by a bottle that weighs nothing and is free of toxins, it is the perfect complement. My rating is excellent.

I have only had the jug and shower filter for a short time to make a responsible assessment, however, I can say that for now I am very satisfied. I love that it is a product made in the country and that they prioritize the Spanish language over others. I am also very satisfied with the speed with which I received the order. Thank you very much.

The quality of the water and the studies you did and the effort to improve every day is among the best jugs or I would say the best in Spain.
