Both in the product (I have had the jug for several years, I am delighted with it) and with its management, resolution of incidents and speed in purchases (I had always bought the filters from third parties), I did it for the first time on the official website and in less than 24 business hours I had the filters and an incident that arose during the purchase was resolved with great speed and efficiency. I am delighted with the product and with the functioning in the purchases.

The order arrived within the announced timeframe. In my case, a package of filters for the jug, but I still haven't changed it and I can't say more than, apparently, everything is correct.

The lid of the jug broke very quickly although I am delighted with its filtered water. And the shower filter, the first one filtered very well and I noticed that the water did not stain the screen and my skin either, but as soon as I made the first filter change it was no longer the same, it must not fit well and the water is noticeable.

The water tastes like nothing. Neither good nor bad. I suppose it fulfills what it says.
