Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
Very simple purchase process and delivery the next day (in my case). Setting up the jug, placing the filter, etc. is very easy. The water is perfect, without flavors and with a pH of 8.5-9 (Madrid capital).

At first, the water tastes strange due to the particles released by the filter, but after a couple of days, they disappear and the water has an unbeatable taste. I recommend it 100%.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback! It's because of the magnesium, as in the first filtrations the taste is more noticeable ;)

The water is good but has a certain metallic taste.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. It's normal. The "metallic" taste of the water is due to magnesium. This taste is present in the first filtrations. After about 3/5 filtrations, it will no longer be noticeable.
