Second experience. The first one had a broken jug. The second, twelve days with the lost package. Lack of competition and resolution both by the delivery company and by Alkanatur. I ended up contacting A Coruña so they could get in touch with the delivery company and finally after 13 calls, about 20 emails, and many WhatsApps I managed to solve the reception of the order myself. Very disappointed and disenchanted by the lack of solutions and logistics of the company.

I really liked the taste of the water, and to improve, the cap that lifts where the water is poured could be made to stay back, since I cannot use tap water and I have to fill it with a jug for which I use both hands and I have to remove the entire cap and it is not so practical, it is not criticism it is a suggestion, otherwise it is spectacular. The water I have is from a well and I also use the shower filter and the change in the water is amazing, it doesn't smell like metal like before, it tastes very little salty, my hair is softer and my skin feels more hydrated.

I love the taste of the water and its density, you can tell the quality. But the instructions say you can serve water while it filters, and in my case it is not like that, the water spills from the tank when I tilt it, I think the jug came with a defect, but after a month of waiting, much to my regret I will keep it. I don't want more waits
