The only thing is that sometimes it releases a bit of the soot that is inside the filter (very very little and sometimes), but other than that everything is perfect.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We hope you enjoy the product a lot. It is completely normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. Due to its state or even due to the transport of the material, the carbon may be more broken and release carbon particles.

I'm not convinced, the water still tastes like chlorine.

Thank you for your feedback. Coconut charcoal absorbs chlorine perfectly and it cannot be that a filter is damaged and has that taste. It is possible that the taste you notice is from the minerals themselves or from magnesium. We regret that you do not like the taste of the water and the product does not suit you. Taste is a more personal matter, that is true. In any case, remember that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We will contact you to either find another solution, perhaps the low magnesium emission filter suits you better, or if not, process the return of the product.

The truth is that drinking quality water is noticeable day by day, and the alkanatur pitcher is the best invention of these modern times, an essential for home!
