I have not received the shipment because the customer service of Correos Express is terrible and there is no way to request a change of address or delivery date. I don’t know where the jug is

It demineralizes the water.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. Our jug does not demineralize the water. It removes toxins, but not the natural minerals from the water. Additionally, it adds magnesium, so it still mineralizes more. With the pH reagent included in the pack, you can test the pH between the filtered water and tap water, or for example, bottled water and see the differences.
