Hello Belén, we regret your dissatisfaction, but the transport is doing everything possible to deliver your package. The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. A new delivery attempt was made in the afternoon and it was also not possible. On Friday, being a holiday, it did not go out for delivery again, and over the weekend the transport does not deliver. Today it is out for delivery again, for the third attempt, so we hope that this time it can be delivered without any issues.
