The jug does not seem to have any effect. The water is cloudy after several filtrations, it does not change the taste at all, and the bottom of the jug is full of lime.

The jug does not remove the natural minerals from the water, being alkaline water it is therefore rich in minerals. Our filters are made solely from natural products: 100% natural coconut shell activated carbon and magnesium. We import the coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken down and crumbled, releasing more carbon particles and even turning the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black particles because, as we mentioned, it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment.
