Customer reviews of Alkanatur

I would have preferred a pitcher with a capacity of a couple of liters more, the water tastes good.

The speed of shipping

I haven't noticed much difference in taste with the water so far. I will keep observing if there is a change.

The return policy could improve. I notified the next day that I wanted to make a change and the solution was to refuse the delivery. The cost is €7 for return shipping. It seems too much to me.

SO FAR SO GOOD

Terrible consumer experience. I requested a quote for the filters and they contacted me to say that the local salesperson would call me. A few days later, the salesperson called me, who only asked me about the water system I was using, I told him and he dedicated himself to criticizing the competition. In the two or three minutes we talked, he finally told me he would send me the information by email. I decided not to opt for those filters due to the price and lack of clarity and bought another one that arrived with an instruction manual that has nothing to do with the filters I bought. I requested the instructions and the response was to call a plumber and that the instruction manual is that, which is a generic one (that they must have found on the internet because it has nothing to do with their filters). Regarding the quality of the water, I cannot comment since I have not tried it yet, but I am clear that there are other companies that make good products and I doubt they can do worse in customer service.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

So far so good, I've only been using it for 10 days.

The product is fine, but I am still waiting for the 'medical team' to clarify a doubt. As soon as you ask something different, they no longer respond.

The products are good. The prices are a bit high.

Hello, I have had it for less than a week. But still, I am happy. Thank you.

Personally, I don't really like the taste of the magnesium filter. But overall it's quite good.

The jug works very well. The only drawback is that it has a one-year lifespan and the part where the filter is placed has broken.

for now everything

The truth is that it is a gift for my mother and she hasn't used it yet. It's for her saint's day 8/09.

Product with a feeling of quality. Two days after receiving it, they sent us a promotion where the product we purchased costs 12€ less.

I like the filter, the taste of the water, easy and quick and I feel safe about the water I drink daily. They could improve the material of the jug (glass) and the aesthetics of the jug.

The taste of the water is silky, light, and very pleasant to the palate. The Alkanatur filtering jugs could be improved as after some time they develop white stains that cannot be removed.

The quality of the water

Comfort and perfect water. The only thing is that you have to be proactive to fill bottles in time to have cold water.

I bought this jug because I want to stop buying bottled water. So far I am happy with the purchase, but now I filter the bottled water, since my water comes from a well, and until I analyze the water I don't want to drink it yet. The taste of the water is good, you can notice the change.

Add instructions on how to use the product

The chlorine taste completely disappears. The jug has little capacity

The bottle came without any packaging, I understand that it's to avoid producing too much waste but the problem is that if it had been hit during transport, who would have been responsible? I would have had to return it with the hassle it would have caused everyone. Regards.

The jug I bought is responding very well to the scheduled events.. excellent

I don't like the taste of the water - I suppose it's from the filter

We are a family of 5 and it will be hard for me to calculate when to change the filter because each one uses the jug when they need it. I would like there to be some system to register the wear. Other than that, great!
