The new jug has not pleased me. I haven't returned it because I already had the other one in very bad condition and had to change the filter. I can't put it in the fridge and that has disappointed me a lot and when pouring the water the other jug made a finer stream which made it easier to fill a bottle. The purchasing process is an authentic disaster because the shipping is through Correos. That company never delivers the packages, at least in my area. They make a hang-up call to justify that they have been there, something completely false because I was at home waiting, causing a 24/48 hour shipment to take 1 week. If they continue to work exclusively with Correos, their brand image will be affected. I have completely lost my enthusiasm for the jug. If it is not an absolutely exceptional product, I will return it.

I have the jug and the filter for the shower. With the jug, I notice the water is cleaner and has a neutral taste, I like it. Regarding how to fill it, I would have liked the lid where you fill it to be able to stay open, because you have to hold it with your finger. At home, we made a "fix" with a rubber band tied, but the design could improve that aspect. As for the filtering, it is quite fast and worth using. Now traveling, instead of buying plastic bottles, we take the jug with us.
