The only drawback is the price increase in the filters!

It took more than a week for the package to arrive. Other than that, the filters and everything were very good.

I still haven't received the order.

The shipment was quite slow, I ordered it on a Friday and they didn't send it until the following Thursday. Regarding the product, it is easy to install. For now, I can't evaluate it because I just installed it but I trust a lot in its benefits.

Very good jug but I liked the spout of the previous one more as the water came out more controlled with a narrower stream and I could fill the water bottle directly.

They do not provide enough technical data, when trying to install the filter its size is incompatible with the taps of my two showers (of different sizes) when I contact them, terrible customer service and the only alternative is to pay an additional €14 for the return. I have been using the jug and other filters for years but I do not intend to buy again.

A filter should be obtained that matches bottled water.

I ordered the new glass pitcher and it arrived with a dead fly inside the pitcher. I wrote to their customer service and they replied that it could be solved with water and soap, and that’s what I’m doing. I still haven't used it because I am disinfecting it, as I am immunocompromised. And since I don’t know if it can be put in the dishwasher at high temperatures, when I start using it I will give my opinion about the pitcher. But so far the experience has not been good at all.

The delivery was late. I already have it and the free bottle arrived somewhat crushed and with a broken cap. I am getting it started. I hope the filter is correct as it cannot be seen. At the bottom, the arrows mark 10 in month and 25 in year. It is not expiration, right? I await your response.

The water quality is fantastic, very good taste and pleasant to the palate. Regarding the design, I think it could be improved: the shape of the jug is not very ergonomic and it would be good if the interior were completely transparent. A flow meter would be appreciated, as already exists in other brands. The packaging and presentation are good, although the instruction manual could be improved.

All morning at home and when they called they did not answer. Later they sent a message to the email saying that I was absent, leaving the jug where it was convenient for the delivery person without asking. They should not give the option to send to home if they do not fulfill it later. There is a terrible lack of communication, in other places at least when you answer the intercom they respond and do not leave to save 1 minute of time, besides that it would have been normal to call the person or send a message to the mobile, not everyone checks emails every minute. I have requested a refund because if every time I order filters and replacements I have to go to where the delivery person finds it convenient instead of where I choose, it will be a headache. On top of that, I had to endure a lady from Alkanatur calling me saying that if I did not go to where they left the jug it was because I did not want it, scolding me because according to her I did not bother to go pick up a jug, in addition to insisting that a friend or family member go pick it up. I do not have to explain my family situation or my schedule to a person I do not even know. On top of that, endure that this character intends to organize my life. It is shameful. The only thing requested is that they send it home and they did not even do that.

It would be more positive if the jar were made of glass. The bottle shows burrs from the plastic injection that could detach into the jar with water. The plastic bottle from Alcanatur is super thin, like a supermarket bottle, I question whether it is really a bottle without harm to my health. I would also prefer this gift bottle to be made of glass.

I placed the order, it's not the first one, and I am delighted with the purchasing process and the shipping.

I like the comfort of the jug

I don't like the taste it leaves in the water

I live in an area with very hard water and a lot of lime. The low magnesium emission filter makes the water soft and pleasant.

I love the product! I bought the blue alkanatur jug + 3 filters. The only problem I have is that... the jug doesn't fit in the fridge.. Check that it fits.

Quite expensive

All good, the only downside I have is that the jar is plastic and I had a small disappointment.
