In the area where we live, the water has a very unpleasant taste, as well as a large composition of lime. We have tried other jugs and even installed a reverse osmosis device without any success. We were not satisfied with the quality of the water. In the end, tired of trying filters, I heard about Alkanatur and honestly, I made the right choice. The quality of the water is excellent and the convenience is also great.

It's a bit early to evaluate the product, I've only been consuming the water for two days, I hope it's good. The delivery was correct and so far I haven't needed customer service. Best regards.

The shower filter is a marvel, it removes all the chlorine and impurities from the water. Even the shower screen is perfect after a quick wipe with the squeegee. GREAT.

I am grateful to this company, both for the treatment I have received and for the information they provide about their products. After I started drinking alkaline water with the Alkanatur jug, the pH of my urine has changed to more alkaline, whereas it was previously acidic. Very happy.

Pleasantly surprised by the results obtained from drinking filtered water from the Alkanatur jug. I just made my first order to change the filter and the delivery has been very quick. So, very happy and, of course, highly recommended. As a suggestion for the manufacturers, the only thing I would change is that the jug be made of glass. Thank you.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you very much for your comment! We are investigating the possibility of making it out of glass, as it is an extremely heavy material. Nevertheless, the plastic of our jug does not emit any toxins into the water. It is certified by the IBS of Granada as 100% free of endocrine disruptors, so you can drink the water with total confidence.

I have been using the jug for 4 years and I will continue to use it. I find the price of the filters a drawback, for a family of four it can cost you 55 € a year. On the other hand, I cannot find a replacement for the water inlet cap, for such a trivial thing you have to buy the whole jug and I refuse to do that.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for the comment! The price of the filters seems high at first glance, but it is true that 55€ a year is 4.58€ a month for water, which comes to less than 1.20€ per month per person. Regarding the drainage cap, don't worry, these parts have free replacement. We will contact you by email to send one to your home.

I received the order very quickly and everything is correct. I have already started using the jug and so far so good. Personally, I think it is very important to drink good quality water, it is something we do every day of our lives and certainly, the quality must have beneficial effects if it is good or harmful if it is not good.

The filter is leaving a sediment of sand in the jug and in the glass. Checked that it is not from the water, but from the filter. The tap water also tastes better than from the jug. I have written to Alkanatur without any response. I had to throw away liters and liters of water to see if it improved but nothing. Frankly disappointed, despite it being a recommendation from a relative.
