Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
It removes the taste of tap water, very pleasant to drink, and the filtering is done in seconds. I have been using it for 3 months, 3 liters a day, I am really very happy. I totally recommend it, I no longer buy any bottles.

So delighted with their products that I bought the jug for my mother and my mother-in-law, as well as the shower filter. Wishing they would make a filter like the shower one for the sink and basin because I have atopic dermatitis and it changes my life!

I’m sorry but the jug has not changed the taste of the water, it tastes exactly the same as tap water. I know that in Mallorca the water is hard, but still, I thought there would be some difference. I have stopped using it.

Hello. Everything arrived perfectly, very well explained how to use and assemble the purchase. The water tastes great and the feeling is that my body feels good with this water, and I usually drink spring water collected by myself but in plastic bottles. I recommend it and why not try it, we spend money on trivial things and this is preventive health. Best regards and maximum respect to everyone.

I like it a lot, especially because of the studies behind it that certify its quality. I only have the doubt if it can generate microplastics and why not make the jug out of glass.

I did not like the drinking spout, it is a straw-like system and you have to suck very hard for the water to rise, which comes in small amounts. Also, you always have to drink vertically for the water to reach the straw from the bottom. I do not doubt the filtration system, but for me, the drinking system is not practical.

Delighted with the pitcher and the speed of service. But I have not been able to contact you by phone nor have I received a response to a question I asked you. As a suggestion, I think you should improve customer service. The question I asked you is what type of filter should be used when the water has a lot of limescale. A daughter who lives in Brussels uses the pitcher and we wanted to know which filter is suitable for her. Thank you in advance because I am sure I will get a response. Best regards
