With the jug, I received a bottle that is supposed to be for refilling and taking with me. Well, that bottle is totally USELESS BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE CLOSED. The cap does not close, so I cannot take the water with me. For me, it is a big flaw.

Translated reviews

Response from Alkanatur Published on 03/05/2021

Hello. You have to close it tightly until the little ring that is attached to the cap breaks. Then it closes well.

Response from Alkanatur Published on 26/04/2021

Hello. The "strange" taste, like metallic, is noticeable in the first filtrations. It is magnesium. After a few filtrations, this taste disappears.
