Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
There is a noticeable difference. I live in a place with very hard water and a taste and smell of chlorine. With this shower filter, the hair is much smoother and with less frizz. Highly recommended!

My opinion about Alkanatur is positive, but they should change shipping companies because GLS, instead of delivering the order to my home, left it at a pickup point because it was more convenient for them. Without consulting and without prior notice (we were at home, so they cannot excuse themselves by saying that no one was at home). Because of that negligence from GLS, it took me several days to have the order since the pickup point where they left it was not convenient for me.

Congratulations to Alkanatur for developing a product that, in addition to being concerned about its scientific endorsement, has also focused on its sustainability by offering, for example, the possibility of replacing spare parts for the Jug. The packaging is very well done and the information provided for use is very comprehensive. It gives the impression that they care about providing good service and not just making a profit. Hopefully, they can maintain this philosophy over time.

I have bought before, but during all the promotion days on the website it was impossible to add anything to the cart, it got blocked and nothing could be added... after the promotions ended and returned to the normal price, coincidentally it can be added and bought perfectly.
