The white filters I bought leave the water cloudy and in the kettle every 3 days there is a fine layer of scale. This did not happen with the first filter.

Response from Alkanatur
Dear Eva,
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and regret that you had an unsatisfactory experience with the white filters. It is possible that the quality of the water in your area affects the filter's performance. We suggest reviewing the usage and maintenance instructions to optimize its operation. Please feel free to contact us for any questions or assistance.
Sincerely,
The Alkanatur team

This shower filter is WONDERFUL. I have tried many and this is the best! From the first shower, my whole family noticed the hair was soft and shiny, looking completely different. The feeling on the skin was also very good (it stopped itching) and now we are more at ease knowing that my baby will no longer bathe with bleach water (which is what tap water with chlorine is!). I DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVEN'T BOUGHT IT BEFORE! A thousand thanks!

We are very happy with the quality of the water and the pressure. It is important for us that the water (and everything) is free of chemicals (due to Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and this filter achieves that. Moreover, it is very easy to install. Without a doubt, a very good purchase.
