The filter cannot be placed on the bathtub faucet. It should have a system that allows it to fit when the wall is very close to the spout.

The package arrived promptly, and connected easily. It's disappointing that the company has decided not to offer the countertop base as a standalone product.

I would like there to be something in the jug that alerts you when it's time to change the filter.

The pitcher is very good, although there is a lot of residue at the bottom, and to fill it you have to keep the lid lifted manually. It would be great if the lid could stay open by itself while filling.

I forgot to put a code for a discount. I contacted via WhatsApp and the response here is, they didn't even bother. When there is a will to fix something, it can be done. Everything in this life has a solution if there is a willingness, of course. The pitcher is very pretty.

I am not happy at all. I placed an order, it was duplicated. I was charged twice and I have been waiting for more than a week for a response through PayPal.

Good but after following all the steps to have the pitcher ready. After two days we had gray residues at the bottom of the glass. After that, it has not happened again.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is completely normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

The plastic bottles of 7 euros each are category 1, like one I buy at the supermarket that is supposedly not to be refilled.

Hello! We regret your rating. The numbering of plastics is a complex issue. Number 1 is a classification. The problem is not the material, but the additives that are added to this plastic, which depends on each bottle, each brand... This category is almost always used to indicate plastic bottles, so ours falls into this category, but not all brands work with BPA-free or other toxic materials. Our Alkanatur bottle is BPA-free and is free of these toxins. You have the certificate of absence of BPA, esbo, and phthalates: https://alkanatur.com/certificados/ (it's the 3rd).

following a purchase from 29/06/2024
I received the shipment quickly and have been using the Alkanatur Drops Jug for more than 2 weeks. It works as described: the water has no taste, but the black particles from the filter continue to fall into the water, so the bottom of the jug always has between 20 and 30 black particles.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is totally normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. Our filters are composed solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. The coconut charcoal is imported directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release carbon specks to a greater extent, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black specks due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.
