Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
Since a few years ago when I bought the first jug, the filtering content has changed, now I have to filter many times so that the water doesn't come out black or gray, I don't know what you have modified but it's not the same

I liked everything except that it forms limescale very quickly and releases quite a few carbon particles from the filter. So it needs to be cleaned every two or three days.

So far I haven't been able to use the jug as it came with the blue deposit broken with a crack where the unfiltered water escapes. I sent an email claiming it. The shower filter is wonderful, you can tell it leaves the skin softer and more hydrated. Thank you very much for everything!

Having a jug that doesn't get limescale is better. Lowering costs

Remove the plastic. Environmentally friendly packaging. More competitive price. The taste of the water doesn't quite convince me.

The system is very good, but it is very expensive. Both the pitcher and the filters are very expensive and at first they advertised that the filters lasted about 6 months in a family without children with average consumption and now they say 3 or 4, which makes them even more expensive.

The order arrived well, but the delivery person left the package under the rug, which I don't think is correct, anyone passing by the landing could have taken it.

The jug does not seem to have any effect. The water is cloudy after several filtrations, it does not change the taste at all, and the bottom of the jug is full of lime.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product. The jug does not remove the natural minerals from the water, being alkaline water it is therefore rich in minerals. To avoid those whitish stains it simply requires a little extra care, as indicated on page 9 of the instruction manual. In any case, we will contact you to provide a solution. Best regards.

I like the products, but I always have problems with the shipping, the packaging clearly states that it is fragile and yet they throw it over the fence, I have already complained twice.

Hello Nuria, we are terribly sorry for the delay. Some delegations have been very busy and the delay has been a bit longer than we expected. Remember that our deliveries are on business days, not calendar days, so today would be the 6th day. For any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service department: [email protected], and they will provide you with more info :). We apologize once again for the delay.

The jug is made of poor or low-quality plastic, it breaks just by looking at it; for the price it has, it would be better if it were made of glass.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. The jug is made of SAN plastic certified 100% free of toxins and endocrine disruptors. It does not contain hardeners, which add chemicals and toxins to the material, which is why you see it thinner and more fragile. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

Thank you for your rating. It's a shame that it hasn't reached you yet... We see in the tracking that the address was incomplete or incorrect. We recommend that you modify it or contact us to try to communicate it. We hope that Correos Express takes care of this 1-star rating ;)

I am still testing it and it's too early to say. But it would be great if the pitcher indicated the amount of water at one or two points, as well as on the plastic bottle that comes as a gift.
