The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
I have to clean the pitcher every week because the walls get calcium. But doesn't the filter also remove calcium? I don't understand. That's why I give it 3 stars.

The truth is that I didn't know the products, a neighbor showed me and told me to try it. And the truth is that for my little one who has skin problems, it works very well...

I liked the filter, the filtered water is pleasant, the only downside I have is the jug, for the price you have, the jug is not what I expected, and the bottle likewise, it could have been glass.

The jug is nice and the water has no taste and its texture is light. I am concerned that the filters release quite a bit of activated carbon dust into the water and the problem does not disappear after several weeks of use

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is completely normal and natural for there to be carbon particles in the water. Our filters are made solely from natural products: 100% natural coconut shell activated carbon and magnesium. We import the coconut carbon directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the carbon may be more broken down and crumbled, releasing more carbon particles and even turning the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black particles because, as we mentioned, it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment. We hope you enjoy the product very much.

The filter really works well to purify the water but the jug could be improved. The small lid ends up breaking.

The return policy could improve. I notified the next day that I wanted to make a change and the solution was to refuse the delivery. The cost is €7 for return shipping. It seems too much to me.

Terrible consumer experience. I requested a quote for the filters and they contacted me to say that the local salesperson would call me. A few days later, the salesperson called me, who only asked me about the water system I was using, I told him and he dedicated himself to criticizing the competition. In the two or three minutes we talked, he finally told me he would send me the information by email. I decided not to opt for those filters due to the price and lack of clarity and bought another one that arrived with an instruction manual that has nothing to do with the filters I bought. I requested the instructions and the response was to call a plumber and that the instruction manual is that, which is a generic one (that they must have found on the internet because it has nothing to do with their filters). Regarding the quality of the water, I cannot comment since I have not tried it yet, but I am clear that there are other companies that make good products and I doubt they can do worse in customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your experience was negative. Our Commercial Department tries to advise you based on the area you are in and if you are looking at other brands, to comment on differences or similarities between ours and the competition so that the customer can make the decision they consider best. Regarding your experience with the installation of the equipment, we regret that the plumber did not want to install it. As we mentioned, the faucet instructions are generic, they are not specifically for use with the equipment you purchased, but rather it is a faucet suitable for any filtration equipment, osmosis, or even just to use as a faucet. To try to clarify this, the colleagues from the Quality Department recorded and sent a video personally explaining how to install the faucet. Once again, we are sorry if your initial experience was not satisfactory, but at Alkanatur we always do our best to help and keep the customer happy. Best regards.

The taste of the water is silky, light, and very pleasant to the palate. The Alkanatur filtering jugs could be improved as after some time they develop white stains that cannot be removed.

I bought this jug because I want to stop buying bottled water. So far I am happy with the purchase, but now I filter the bottled water, since my water comes from a well, and until I analyze the water I don't want to drink it yet. The taste of the water is good, you can notice the change.
