Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
Well water filter and I am close to the beach, my jug has started to have sandy brown residues at the bottom, and they tell me they are minerals from the water, it seems like sand to me! Also, the kettle fills at the bottom with white residues and also in suspension, and again they tell me they are minerals, I believe some of it about the kettle but not about the jug, the residue is sandy and does not dissolve like in the kettle. I don't know, but this doesn't give me much confidence, always the same explanation for different problems. They don't ask anything to get more information about where my water comes from and its quality. Their responses seem like a copy and paste, it doesn't matter what you ask.

Hello Marisol. We regret your experience with the product. We will contact you again as your email did not indicate that the water was from a well, and for this we always indicate to have an analysis to verify that the components are within the parameters established by law. We will contact you again shortly. Thank you for your purchase.

We contacted them because we were not getting the expected result and, after explaining the problems we had, they proposed another different filter that they sent us super fast and at no cost and that has been the solution.

I, who am not used to buying online, tell you that I find it quite easy. And this time that I had a confusion, you attended to me right away by phone, which is appreciated in this world where everything is automated answering machines and machines. Thank you and best regards. Sara

I like the composition of the filter, the chlorine-free filtration, heavy metals, etc. at 99.9% (very high percentage), the alkalinity of 8.5-9.5. On the downside, the jug arrived scratched (several scratches). The plastic is very sensitive to scratching. The spout where the water comes out, the small lid that moves on its own is very flimsy. If it breaks, are there replacements? Would the whole lid need to be changed? If it can be done, of course. The price of the filter seems excessive to me.

The prices of the filters are very high; the filter I buy for the water deposit entry of the house, which is for filtering sediments, is double that of the shower sediment filter, and it costs me €3.90, and the other filter, which is made of coconut fiber, which goes under the sediment filter for the shower, has an excessively high price.

Thank you for your feedback. Our prices are in line with the quality of the product. We are a Spanish company with certifications and research. Our materials are completely safe and of high quality, meeting all European standards. There are more economical alternatives on the market but without any certification regarding the safety and quality of their materials. If you have any questions, we will be happy to resolve them for you. Best regards.

Thank you for your feedback. The price of the filter pack is €59.95 and it is for 1200 liters of duration, making the price per liter €0.049, a much lower price than any bottled water we can buy in a supermarket. Best regards.
