The handle of the pitcher arrived broken

I use the pitcher, and I am very satisfied, not so much with their shipping method by the company GSL, with a cost of €10, (much higher than with many shipping companies), without receiving information about my shipment, having to contact the company directly twice to know about my package, which they left at a pickup point without any direct notice to me from GSL or the company I had spoken to days before stating that I had no information since my purchase. GSL is one of the worst shipping companies and the most expensive, I hope they start using another. For this, I give 3 stars, good product but the shipping issue is a hassle, high cost and poor service. This is not my first purchase with Alkanatur.

The instruction manual is not clear. When the filter has been activated, it does not explain the next steps to use it. How far should it be filled with water? And should the pitcher be filled or is it from where the filter is? Because then it filters very little water, half a liter. Not one and a half liters as published.

Terrible experience

It has been three weeks since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. Problems with the delivery company that has not sent my order to the specified address.

The jar I think needs to be better, it should be glass... it gets dirty quickly

Actually, I am happy with the pitcher, but I have only been using it for a month and a half and for the last two weeks the taste has changed a lot, now it is very bitter and not pleasant to drink. The filter is supposed to be changed every 3 months, but after a month it has stopped working well, it seems.

The order was quite delayed and when it arrived, all three filters were broken, just opening the package all the microbeads from the filters spilled out. When I tried to contact them, they did not answer the phone (not even during their working hours), I had to resolve it through their email. Bad experience.

The intention is to promote health and the pitcher is made of plastic. Also difficult to refill and clean. It's not worth its price. The filter does indeed remove flavors from the water. That's why I rate it higher.

Water that tastes like nothing

The product has been fine so far, but when I placed the order I called immediately because I forgot the pH test strips, of course paying for them, and they told me I had to make a new order for the strips only, paying shipping costs again.

After 1 month of use, I tested with the chlorine reagent and the water still has the same amount of chlorine, which is not little. 100€ down the drain.

The filter I ordered for the shower, there is no way it can fit, neither for the faucet below nor for the fixed showerhead above... what should I do now, will they refund my money?

Hello, during the purchase I had many doubts and the clarification was more outside the website and with friends who already had the jug, however the shipping and the transport company was exceptional, very fast, attentive, detailed information before delivery, the best courier service I have received, I think the company is called GLS, a ten for them. I have one complaint about the pitcher, which is that the filling lid is very fragile and sometimes falls off and needs to be put back on, other than that everything is correct, that's why I take away one star.

I like the taste of the water once it goes through the filter since in my area it is very hard water and I think that with the pitcher I have managed to improve the taste, however the pitcher seems to me to be of poor quality, the lid stays half open and does not look like it has great durability. I expected better components. I would prefer it to be made of glass or similar.

There were no changes in the chlorine testing kit

I bought the shower filter and it significantly reduced the pressure, I bought the metal bottle that filters the water when drinking and it is impossible to suck, it is super hard and only air comes in. I complained but your response was that it is like that and there is no other option. I am quite dissatisfied.

The white filters I bought leave the water cloudy and in the kettle every 3 days there is a fine layer of scale. This did not happen with the first filter.

I only find one downside to the jug, after just a year of use washing it with baking soda or vinegar or soap I can't get rid of the white scale that remains at the bottom...

I like the product but I had to call because it was taking a long time to arrive and from the time I placed the order until it went to the distributor 2 or 3 days passed, I understand it should have been in 24 hours. I am also not surprised that the survey is now being sent 3 or 4 months after the purchase. I believe the quality of the product deserves a faster and more careful service.

There is just one detail left, that the jug be made of glass instead of plastic.

I take my time to adapt to water with magnesium. It would be good if they made filters without magnesium emissions or told how much magnesium you take per day according to the amount of water you drink

At home we are all happy with the jug. But one negative point is not having an indicator that warns of cartridge change. Other than that, fantastic. Thank you very much!

It is very comfortable although sometimes I notice a certain taste in the water.

A rip-off, the bottle is not comfortable or practical, nor hygienic. Also, it has the same pH as tap water. I want to return it.

I like the filter and that it is connected to the tap so I don't have to keep a few bottles full to drink water. However, I find the system for the tap to be very cumbersome.

I think that if you cannot send a product that you had advertised and did not have in stock, you should have notified about the delay and inconvenience, not wait for the customer to complain in case their order was not registered or was not delivered where it should have been... You should have notified.

The filter does not fit well with the pitcher. It sticks out a bit at the top so it does not completely filter the water
