I am a loyal consumer of filters because I have the jug and the filters are getting more expensive each time. Thank you for considering loyal customers. Regards

Hello. I gave 4 stars for the delivery because although when I bought it I had set it to be delivered in the 'afternoon', the transport told me it would be in the morning. But for the product, it is undoubtedly very good and we bought it at the Madrid BIO cultural fair last year and we were eager to buy it this year at the fair but after the cancellation of the fair, we wanted to have it as soon as possible

Comfortable. And the water has no strange flavors. The jug seems fragile but filters quickly and a good amount of water at once.

I have been using the Alkanatur jug and the shower filter for quite some time. Both products are of high quality and have an excellent quality/price ratio.

I am delighted with the water jug, trusting you regarding the quality of the water, as I cannot analyze it. The taste of the water is very good. It would be ideal to know exactly when to change the filter. My calculations are approximate and to avoid mistakes, I have decided to change it more often. I don't notice changes in the shower filter either, also trusting you regarding the quality of the water.
