I feel very satisfied both with the products purchased and with the customer service department. My pitcher arrived without the pH kit that was supposed to be on the outside, I wrote them an email to which they promptly responded and sent the kit to my home. Thank you for everything.

Hello
We are very sorry for the incident with the transport.

Surprised. I thought it would be just another pitcher like those on the market, but not at all. In the area where I live, the water is hard and has a lot of flavor, but with the turquoise filter, it's magic! When it came time to set it up, I followed the instructions provided and it was great, the water doesn't come out stained. In short, super happy.

Hello, I am a bit disappointed since I placed the order on April 26 to give it as a gift for Mother's Day, and it arrived on the 4th, one day late...

Response from Alkanatur
Hello
We completely understand your disappointment, especially since it was a gift for Mother's Day
However, during the campaign we informed both in the newsletter and on the website that orders placed on those dates could be delivered starting from May 4, as Friday the 1st was a holiday and that affected the logistics and transport times.
Even so, we regret that it did not arrive on time for the date you expected and we sincerely hope that you were still able to enjoy the gift.

We are happy with the purchase, rich and clean water. But we would have liked that when we were asking questions about the product, they had informed us that the glass jug would be on sale in 2 weeks, because it would have undoubtedly been our choice and now, well, nothing.

Could you notify that you were going to release a glass jug within a week... Total disappointment.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
We understand that it may give that impression
The launch of new products involves many months (and even years) of development, testing, and prior preparation, and that is why new products are usually communicated at the moment they are ready to be officially released.
In this case, ClearDrops had been in preparation for a long time and we decided to announce it when the product was completely finished and available
Even so, we appreciate your comment and understand that those of you who recently purchased our other jug may have mixed feelings about the new product.
