Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
Regarding the brand, I am happy, as this is not the first purchase I have made. The bad thing is the courier company. Here it works poorly, I am in a rural area and this is the second time they claimed they tried to deliver it when it is not true... it 'costs them to get here and they leave it at the pickup point they think. I am still waiting to see if they left it where I asked. I will go on Tuesday to see if it is there.

Order well. Tracking and shipping, a disaster... Slow shipping and as of today, although I have received the order, the tracking number does not appear in my account. This made it difficult to change the pickup point.

The order arrived in perfect condition. There was a problem with the pickup at the point I chose because the barcode was unreadable. I had to go back another day to pick it up and even then the problem persisted with GLS. They took a photo of my ID to be able to deliver the product and confirm that it was me who was picking it up.

I have been with her for a few days, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the taste of the water, which I do not dislike since the water in the area is hard.

It seems fragile, but it is light and has a nice design. I am happy with my purchase, also with the shower filter, with which I feel my skin is better and less irritated. I like that I bought it and that it is a Galician, national brand. It arrived very well and earlier than expected. I am pleased to have both things and feel that with them I am taking care of my health because tap water is pure poison!
