I bought the product with delivery to my home....and the delivery person decided to leave it at a pickup point...I notified Alkanatur...and they ignored it....with mobility issues...I had to go to the pickup point....a disaster. Change delivery companies.

Using the Alkanatur jug has changed our lives. Now we always drink tap water. We don't spend any money or time buying bottled water. The taste of the filtered water with the Alkanatur jug is very natural, nothing compared to the taste it has right after coming out of the tap. It filters in a very short time. We are delighted with the purchase, I would recommend it to everyone. Less spending on plastics, money, and very good taste of the water we drink daily.
