We have been using the Alkanatur pitcher for a couple of months and we are thrilled. It is very easy to use and we notice the difference in water quality immediately: softer and better tasting. Moreover, it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are drinking healthier water at home. Definitely a purchase worth it!

I received the order with the box edges crushed, and the opening sticker was open, the reactive strips for pH control were also missing, I contacted customer service, and they quickly provided a solution, sending me a new jug with the reactive strips and I returned the previous one at no cost. Very good service.
