Very good customer service and after-sales service. The lid came broken and within two days I had a new one and they picked up the other. The filtered water has pleasantly surprised me! I bought the borosilicate glass jug after using the plastic one for a year to switch to glass and I see that the tank where the water goes is plastic again. Plastic that even when washing it by hand with a very soft sponge scratches completely on the first wash. Honestly, I don't understand why it is plastic again when you sell the product for the high-quality glass and then a plastic that scratches with anything. Very disappointed, to be honest.
