Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
All the filters we have at home (jug at first, shower filter, and faucet filter now) work very well.

I still haven't received the purchase, I suppose it's the fault of express mail, but it's impossible to talk to them.

The speed of delivery. I placed my order and received it in the minimum delivery time. They are great, and the product was very well protected and presented. Worthy of its quality. To improve, I can only think of offering more often.

The Alkanatur jug and filters seem excellent to me, but sometimes you need less alkaline water; perhaps the filters for hard water that add less magnesium would serve this purpose, but since it all depends on the type of water, perhaps filters could be made that leave the water with a pH close to neutral around 7.

The speed and quality of the water it filters. The jug has a small tab to regulate the water flow, and it broke as soon as I took it out.

The experience from the beginning has been perfect. Quick and professional advice from the WhatsApp button, impeccable shipping. I have been using the Alkanatur Drops pitcher for several days and the water is excellent!!!!!! The information available both on the website and in the instruction manual is clear and simple, and I really appreciate the detail of the extra bottle and the alkalinity tests. I am super happy and grateful.

I looked to buy the pitcher, or find a pack with a pitcher and filter right away but I couldn't find it.

I have spring water at home but it is acidic with a pH of 5.5. After passing it through the pitcher, it alkalizes to pH 9 and tastes much better, the flavor changes for the better. I'm delighted with it. I recommend it 100%.
