From the very first moment, the difference is noticeable, in the taste and in the pleasure of drinking a glass of water. I feel like I drink more, and greater well-being and satisfaction when drinking, and afterwards. The packaging of the package has been great: punctual, careful, and simple. Starting the pitcher is also an easy task and is perfectly explained. I summarize it as a QUALITY product for FAMILY WELL-BEING.

A product that costs 155 euros and comes wrapped in bubble wrap only. That product needs to be better packaged with a box and protection inside the box.

The attention was wonderful. I asked to replace a lid of the water jug because the mechanism where the water is poured had broken, and they sent it to me at no cost and very quickly. I am very grateful. Of course, I recommend the products I have from the brand one hundred percent.

I wish we could do something in these cases! But that's how promotions work: they are specific campaigns and cannot be applied to already placed orders.
To avoid this happening again, we recommend keeping an eye on the newsletter.
