The shower filter, super easy to install, and when testing it, there is a huge difference in the water. In the before and after. When showering, you can tell that there is no smell that the water used to have and my skin didn't turn red. And my hair felt super good. The jug filter, very easy to install and the water tastes great. Everything is great! I am super happy to be able to improve since I have many illnesses and this is another step towards my improvement.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE YET

Response from Alkanatur
Hello Belén, we regret your dissatisfaction, but the transport is doing everything possible to deliver your package. The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. A new delivery attempt was made in the afternoon and it was also not possible. On Friday, being a holiday, it did not go out for delivery again, and over the weekend the transport does not deliver. Today it is out for delivery again, for the third attempt, so we hope that this time it can be delivered without any issues. We recommend staying alert to your mobile phone as the carriers usually call beforehand to ensure their delivery. Best regards and thank you for your purchase.

I like the taste of filtered water, and what I dislike is the jug, the plastic has become rough on the inside of the jug, it is very unpleasant, I hope that later you will have a glass jug.

They sent it to me and the guy who lives in my house returned it just to annoy, the company and the delivery were great since they sent it back to me and unfortunately I had to pick it up somewhere else. I already have it at my disposal to be able to gift it!!! Thank you!!!
