I ordered a replacement filter for my jug, I received a complete jug, with its corresponding replacement. I informed them of the error. And besides not thanking me (which for me would have been easier to stay quiet and keep the jug worth seventy-something euros), they told me I had to wait for them to come pick up the jug and deliver the filter. I mentioned that I urgently needed the filter, since the error was theirs and the filter inside the jug is the same as the one I had ordered, if I could keep that filter and return the jug, as I obviously did. But gentlemen from Alkanatur, first you thank the customer for reporting the error, and then, the customer should have as few inconveniences as possible. The appearance of greenish color is usually not due to a defect in the jug, but to a natural phenomenon that can occur when chlorine-free water remains stagnant for several days, especially in hot weather or if the jug is near a source of light or heat. It is a similar effect to what can be observed in ponds or containers with stored water for a while.
To eliminate it, we recommend performing a deep cleaning with a small amount of diluted bleach in water, letting it act for a few hours and then rinsing the jug thoroughly.
Additionally, to prevent its appearance, we advise performing a weekly cleaning of the jug. If you also observe whitish residues on the walls, you can use a mixture of warm water and vinegar in equal parts, letting it act for a few hours before rinsing. This helps to eliminate mineral deposits and restore the shine of the product.

I am going to stop buying from Alkanatur. It is a disaster every time there is a problem with the shipment.
