Everything very well, it arrived on its day and in perfect condition. I was able to speak by phone with a responsible person, who explained the advantages of the jug and the osmosis system to me. Very professional all. Thank you

Easy purchase and quick delivery. Perhaps a small brochure with the installation of the filter would be good because I didn't remember the steps well

I still don't know if it works, I've had it for three days. I think it's an expensive product, I hope the investment is worth it. Thank you.

I am very happy with my water jug and with the customer service of the company. The water has no taste and is very easy to use and clean. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my mother and she is also very happy.

Correct, it's a shame that shipping costs represent a significant part of the cost of renewing the filter.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! With the loose filter, the cost does increase due to shipping, but with the pack of 3 units, the minimum shipping cost is exceeded and shipping is free! :)

I bought 3 jug kits and several packs of filters. I still haven't received a discount coupon. It is also true that I had problems with 2 defective filters and they replaced them immediately.

I think the product is good and we are satisfied with it. The service is normal, although we missed some information in the shipment. From the Saturday we did it until Thursday we received no news. This can lead to unnecessary calls to customer service. The customer area for tracking is quite limited and confusing.
