After making the purchase, I found out that there are jugs with the same system, quite similar and considerably cheaper

Hello, thank you for your comment. As you know, conventional jugs mostly come from China. Our jug is designed and manufactured in Spain, meeting all European criteria and controls. Our jug also has quality certifications and scientific studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of its properties and that you can publicly consult on our website. Thank you!

I find it very difficult to place the filters correctly. I also miss that in a product with this philosophy there is no plan for the proper recycling of the filters. But I am happy with the product and its quality.

So far everything works very well; the water quality has improved; to improve: the plastic piece connecting to the shower hose doesn't screw in completely and comes loose; using Teflon solves it, but this detail could be improved. Thank you.

This is the third pack I buy (besides filters), one for me and two to give as gifts. So I would like some discount on future purchases. Thank you very much!

My experience is great, knowing that the water I drink is so good and stopping the use of plastic bottles, and collaborating with the environment. Excellent in every way.

I am delighted with the jug. The water tastes very good. Customer service is very good. The glass bottle arrived broken at the edge and they immediately sent me another one.

The water does not vary in alkalinity with the pitcher. Luckily, the tap water already has a good percentage.

Translated reviews

Response from Alkanatur Published on 05/01/2021

Hello, thank you for your comment! The jug raises the pH to 9.5, which is the maximum legally allowed. In some areas of Spain, the water already has a very alkaline pH and that is why it does not vary.

I was recommended by friends who like healthy things and I had stomach problems. The downside is the taste, it reminds me of fish, I don't know if it's because of the magnesium, and for now my stomach is still just as upset.
