I am delighted with my jug and I already bought another one to give as a gift, what I like the least is that it is not made of glass.

I liked the ease of use. I have it on the kitchen counter and it reminds me to drink. I was surprised by the material of the bottle that comes with the jug. I would expect a glass bottle.

It has been easy for me to buy my filters online since I can't find where to do it physically, although I don't like this way of shopping.

I can't rate because I've only been using it for a few days. What we like the least is that the lid doesn't stay open while you add water to filter from another bottle.
