I really liked the design of the jug and especially it shows that the water tastes much better. The water in Madrid is not bad but with the jug it feels like you are drinking mineral water. The shipping was very fast and the instructions are clear. I had a Brita before but this one is much better in every aspect.

The order arrived very quickly. It is super easy to assemble and start using. I have hardly noticed any difference in taste, it is good, I used to drink from the tap, I live in a town between Toledo and Madrid, and we get water from Madrid. I am happy to use it.

I would like there to be something in the jug that alerts you when it's time to change the filter.

Super fast shipping and I love both the service, how well detailed everything is on the website, and the two products I bought (jug and shower filter). Without a doubt, I will repeat with them.

May the water be healthy and beneficial. I would like filters for regular taps like bidets or sinks. Thank you.
