Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
After it arrived broken. There was no problem for them to send me another one. I find that the plastic of the jug is quite weak. The product should come with more protected packaging to avoid breakages.

I use the jug with filter, and the shower filter, and I am delighted with both. The delivery service is also very efficient, fast, and effective.

The product is excellent but the website and branding could improve a lot. It looks like a product from 20 years ago.

Super happy with the jug, in addition to a 10 out of 10 after-sales service. The gift bottle arrived crushed due to transport and I claimed it, the next day I already had a new one at home.

I bought the pitcher and filter pack to... drink water without toxic chemicals from treatment or microplastics, while eliminating the plastic waste from water bottles. For the shower, I eliminate the toxins from the tap water treatment that 'mistreat' everyone's skin, especially the most sensitive like children's. A real discovery, with top-quality materials endorsed by Dr. Olea!

The water tastes incredibly good. I don't know about the quality because I haven't analyzed it, but I trust them. Highly recommended.

I have to clean the pitcher every week because the walls get calcium. But doesn't the filter also remove calcium? I don't understand. That's why I give it 3 stars.
