Customer reviews of Alkanatur

Everything is fine and the instructions for use are clear. Above all, it arrived in 24h. All good!

I had an osmosis system with a remineralizer for 16€ and I didn't really like its taste in my mouth. I heard a podcast about it and became interested in the brand, there I found the filter that suited my needs, when I installed it I did tests with iodine and checked the difference in the waters myself, as well as with some paper reagents its pH. Then I tried its taste and really the water tastes better and the infusions have improved a lot.

The truth is that it is a gift for my mother and she hasn't used it yet. It's for her saint's day 8/09.

The shipping was super fast, everything very well packaged... for now we are happy with the quality of the jug.

The attention was quick, accessible, and specific.

Product with a feeling of quality. Two days after receiving it, they sent us a promotion where the product we purchased costs 12€ less.

Easy to use, practical, the taste of the water is excellent!!!

I bought the jug and the filters to see if there is a difference, since I already have an osmosis system, I wanted to see if it makes a difference to pass the water from the osmosis which is already very good and quite different from the tap water, since I live in an area with very hard water. Now I have been trying that osmosis water to pass it and filter it through the jug and the truth is that it shows, at least I find it much finer and better to drink than without passing it through the jug, and what can I say about the normal tap water, passing it through the jug also shows some improvement, but nothing compared to what I put in the jug of the osmosis system. The truth is that I am very happy with the purchase made since I was drinking very improved water through the osmosis, if I also filter it through the jug the difference is quite large and personally I recommend buying the jug and if you also invest in a good osmosis system of the latest ones on sale that are much smaller as they do not have a water tank, being direct flow you will gain in taste of the water and not have to constantly carry bottles or jugs of water, if you are one of those who do not like the taste of direct tap water, yes the investment may seem expensive but from experience it is cheap and more so if there are many in the family, I have had mine for more than 10 years and the truth is that when it starts to fail, I won't think twice about buying another one and if it can be better since I am a person who drinks a lot of water and I prefer that since I don't drink anything else, it be of good quality for me and my health.

The speed and efficiency and attention.

The quality of the filtered shower water, the skin feels soft, hydrated, no cream needed. I am delighted.

I like the filter, the taste of the water, easy and quick and I feel safe about the water I drink daily. They could improve the material of the jug (glass) and the aesthetics of the jug.

The taste is noticeable from the first moment, it looks clearer, even my 4-year-old daughter has noticed it and now whenever I give her water she asks if it's the new one, I say yes and she says yay! haha. With that I say it all.

For now I am very happy with both the jug and the shower filter, in a week I would say that I have less dry skin and my hair chose the low magnesium emission jug and I am very happy with the taste.

I received it very soon despite being August and the bridge on the 15th

All good, shipment and purchase

The taste of the water is silky, light, and very pleasant to the palate. The Alkanatur filtering jugs could be improved as after some time they develop white stains that cannot be removed.

Everything perfect, the phone support resolving doubts, the speed of delivery, and the videos for installation even for those who are not very handy. Very happy, total trust.

I like the way of working, of spreading information, and the products.

The quality of the water it provides

Impeccable service

Everything is okay. 100% recommendable.

High-quality products, good research work. I have been using the jug for several years. The phone support is very good and knowledgeable. Very good website explanations and videos.

I have the jug with the low magnesium emission filter and the 50000L shower filter. So far, I am very happy with both. Recommendable!

Impeccable service, thank you

The speed of delivery, the ease of installation of the product. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I will love it.

In general, good service. However, they should review the links that appear when you search for Alkanatur on Google or any other search engine, as they lead to non-functioning pages. I think this makes you lose customers.

I think it was a good purchase, I really like the aesthetics of the jug, easy to use and the taste of the water seems rich to me, I haven't noticed a difference with the ones I usually drink from a bottle. I've been using it for a few days, I can't say much more.
