Hello! I tested the alkalinity and the tap water (which came out 7); I passed it through the filter and immediately saw the change to 10.

Generally happy but it would be even better if I could choose the jug in glass and not plastic.

It's fine in general, I use the jug and the filters for it, what I do see as improvable is that the jug should be made of glass and not plastic, no matter how much it doesn't have toxins, it's still plastic and not a pure material like glass is.

The bottle came without any packaging, I understand that it's to avoid producing too much waste but the problem is that if it had been hit during transport, who would have been responsible? I would have had to return it with the hassle it would have caused everyone. Regards.

I am delighted, the only thing I would improve would be the lid of the jug, sometimes it gets stuck and overflows a bit, I am not very convinced about it.

The only thing that could be improved would be for it to be cheaper. Everything else, quality and transport, and the added insurance is excellent.

Very fast shipping. The water is alkaline, it's good. Also, we avoid carrying bottles and drinking from plastic. Buying the jug was a great decision.

After filtering, the water seems different. Very pleasant to drink. The jug is very aesthetic. The bottle it comes with is perfect for storing in the fridge and thus having more prepared water.
