I ordered the new glass pitcher and it arrived with a dead fly inside the pitcher. I wrote to their customer service and they replied that it could be solved with water and soap, and that’s what I’m doing. I still haven't used it because I am disinfecting it, as I am immunocompromised. And since I don’t know if it can be put in the dishwasher at high temperatures, when I start using it I will give my opinion about the pitcher. But so far the experience has not been good at all.

The water quality is fantastic, very good taste and pleasant to the palate. Regarding the design, I think it could be improved: the shape of the jug is not very ergonomic and it would be good if the interior were completely transparent. A flow meter would be appreciated, as already exists in other brands. The packaging and presentation are good, although the instruction manual could be improved.

It would be more positive if the jar were made of glass. The bottle shows burrs from the plastic injection that could detach into the jar with water. The plastic bottle from Alcanatur is super thin, like a supermarket bottle, I question whether it is really a bottle without harm to my health. I am a regular user of the Alkanatur pitcher and its different filters. I consider them very good products. The pity is that the shipping seems very expensive to me (5.50 euros) and it doesn't even arrive at my address, but they leave it at a store that I have to go to pick it up (I understand that this way GLS saves at the expense of the buyer). It seems to me a terrible shipping and delivery method for a quality brand like Alkanatur.
