I like the taste of filtered water, and what I dislike is the jug, the plastic has become rough on the inside of the jug, it is very unpleasant, I hope that later you will have a glass jug.

The plastics are very bad, the lid doesn't work well, it gets stuck and when it comes off it gets moldy and dries every day, I ordered a new one and it also gets stuck where the water comes out.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product. Our filter does not remove minerals from the water, so hardness is not reduced. In fact, it raises that ppm because it adds 18mg of magnesium per liter. Our water is alkaline water, that is, water rich in minerals.
