I really liked the filtering of the jug because the water doesn't have the weird taste that other types of filters I've tried give. It removes the chlorine taste from the tap water in the area where I live. I would only add a counting system to change the filter and not have to note it down manually.

Very happy with the quality of the water, we also took it with us these days on vacation to a beach place, where we usually buy bottled water and it has been very convenient, we have saved money, time and of course the quality of the water. Great !!!

Regarding the brand, I am happy, as this is not the first purchase I have made. The bad thing is the courier company. Here it works poorly, I am in a rural area and this is the second time they claimed they tried to deliver it when it is not true... it 'costs them to get here and they leave it at the pickup point they think. I am still waiting to see if they left it where I asked. I will go on Tuesday to see if it is there.

The order arrived in perfect condition. There was a problem with the pickup at the point I chose because the barcode was unreadable. I had to go back another day to pick it up and even then the problem persisted with GLS. They took a photo of my ID to be able to deliver the product and confirm that it was me who was picking it up.
