The Alkanatur service is fine, with no problems. But the postal service is lamentable as always. I have received your packages through other agencies and in 2/3 days I had the products at home. It is not normal for a package to take 10 days and thanks to the fact that they have well protected the filters, otherwise they would have arrived to be thrown in the trash. The carrier is lamentable.

As always, the filtering products are perfect, they arrived on time, it is very easy to order them on the website and it is a good option for human health. It is a shame that I bought an exceptional glass bottle that I love and wow, I dropped it on the floor and it broke, what a pity, but everything else is perfect and no one is to blame either, it always happens to you, it is an anecdote but I recommend buying this filter, these bottles and I also bought a shower filter, which is great because before my skin itched a lot and now it doesn't itch at all.

I have not received the product, we were at home all day yesterday and the agency (GLS) reports absence, which shows a lack of professionalism, it is not the first time they have done this.
